POSTERS ON THE HILL -- The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) will host its annual undergraduate poster session on Capitol Hill on April 23-24, 2014 in Washington, DC. This event will help members of Congress understand the importance of undergraduate research by talking directly with the students whom these programs impact. Submissions are due November 4, 2013. The UR Office has funding to support the full cost of travel for a student and their research mentor chosen to participate in Posters on the Hill. Visit http://bit.ly/OpUDrh for more information.

 

FACULTY ROUNDTABLE: “WORKING EFFECTIVELY WITH UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCHERS”

 

Join us for a roundtable discussion that will cover how to work more effectively with undergraduate researchers. This lunch will be held on Tuesday October 15, 2013, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the Abbot Room in Snyder-Phillips Hall. Register athttp://bit.ly/17h3LF3. Lunch will be provided.
